As a professional trainer certified in Personal Training, Nutrition Coach, Senior Fitness Specialist,Youth Exercise Specialist, Integrated Balance Training and Weight Loss Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Personal Training by National Strength and Conditioning Association, Sports Performance by American Council on Exercise and Strength and Conditioning Coach by National Council on Strength and Fitness, my passion is to guide Cape Codders towards a healthier lifestyle.
