DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL OR WEIGHT LOSS GUIDANCE ?
No. The personal training fee covers program design, guided workout and nutritional / weight loss/ muscle building guidance.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Due to the variance in clients fitness goals, home equipment recommendations will be dependent on each particular situation. A review of your home equipment needs will be included in your personal training session.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
I am certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine,American Council on Exercise and National Council of Strength and Fitness, the worlds most respected certifying organizations. as a personal trainer, nutrition coach and , senior fitness, youth fitness and weight loss specialist. Each specialization requires up to a year of intense study and rigorous proctored testing.
Most "fitness attendants" that staff gyms do not have this level of experience and education.
Can I split the cost of training sessions by working out with a partner or partners?
Yes....in most cases. Due to time constraints, up to 3 people can work out in a one hour session. If you have a larger group, contact me to discuss large group workout options.
